Shipping & Delivery
Here at Black Ace Auto, we understand that you want to get your products quickly. That is why we work hard to ship your order out as soon as humanly possible. In most cases, orders placed before 4:00pm EST will be shipped the same day. Any orders placed after 4:00pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Want your products sooner? Give us a call or shoot us an e-mail at sales@blackaceauto.com for an expedited shipping quote.
We currently ship products to the lower 48 states. Please contact us about shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally before ordering.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Items must be in brand new, unused condition. The original box from purchased item must also be intact. If you need to return an item, please contact us for an RMA number. Any items sent back without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense.
Credit card refunds will be issued as soon as the product is inspected and found to be in brand new condition with all original packaging. Refunds may take 1-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We currently accept payment in the form of cash, credit, or PayPal. If you wish to pay by check, items will not be shipped until the check is cleared.
Privacy & Security
For your safety, Black Ace Auto does not store any credit card information on our server.
